Randercom did an amazing job with our residential wiring installation. They worked with me to wire up the house with CAT6 wiring and helped pick out and suggest equipment to build a rack in our basement. Brian the installer did a wonderful and thorough job on the install and left everything looking better than it was when he arrived. He even did a few extra odds and ends that was asked of him. I work from home with an online based business. We are in Waupaca County, in the country in an area that did not have viable internet options to run my computers and VoIp phone without having droppage issues. After doing some research I was hopeful that I could use my 4G LTE provider if the signal was boosted.I emailed RanderCom to see if they could do the install, as I felt it was going to be more than my limited tech skills could handle. The response from Dylan was very quick and we worked out details over email. He sent a tech out to meet with me (small fee) and go over the 2 homesteads where I needed service. After some brief testing the tech went back and I had a quote from Dylan in a day or two. The cost for the equipment and install was about what I had anticipated so I contracted to get the jobs done.On the day of the first install the two techs were informative and total troopers. We had to lift a 40ft tower after they attached the necessary equipment and it was a bit of an ordeal. They did a good job with answering my mother-in-laws questions for the part where we were transmitting a secondary signal to give her better internet service. The guys were professional and did a great job with getting everything done in one day.A couple weeks later we were ready for the install at our second location. Again, the two techs were professional and did a great job of installing, this time a much easier antenna, the interior equipment and what we needed to bump the signal to a secondary building on the property.RanderCom is not an internet provider, but I can attest they can do a fantastic job installing the equipment you need to boost or pull in a better signal if it's available. We've been running both systems for over a month now and we are very pleased with the results. I appreciated being able to work with Dylan thru email as my time is limited. I appreciated the techs being knowledgeable and friendly, making sure everything was installed where we wanted/needed it.If you're looking for a quality company to work with, this is it! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
